The Author
Kort’s military foundation was forged through nearly 26 years of continuous leadership in the United States Navy, rising to the rank of Chief Petty Officer. As a specialist in electrical engineering and gas turbine propulsion systems, his responsibilities extended far beyond standard operational oversight. Chief Petty Officers are the backbone of naval command, tasked with training junior officers, maintaining their ship's systems and equipment in peak combat readiness conditions at all times, and troubleshooting complex electrical, electronic and mechanical failures under extreme sea-state conditions.
Across 18 separate six-month single theater and world deployments on 11 surface warships, Kort managed and supervised engineering watch teams in every major maritime theater, from Coastal Navigation in restricted operations close to land in the Red Sea, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and the South China Seas to rough water Navigation in the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. This quarter-century of maritime service exposed him to diverse cultures across 50+ nations, establishing a profound global perspective on trade, international relations, and human resilience that directly influences his non-fiction concepts and philosophies and writing today. His 22 years of Sea time adventures and experiences contributed significantly to the completion of 42 Pete The Pirate Books in Five Editions of one 10 and four 8 Book sets. Paulina The Piglet was inspired by his time as a child growing up in a big city but frequently visiting and spending time on his friends farms outside the city. His two Next Level Novels were inspired by the Creative and Innovative thinking and leadership of our Great 45th & 47th President Donald J. Trump and the wealthiest and most successful Business man and Entrepreneur Elon R. Musk. Both of his Short Novels are Dedicated and about their contributions with the Author's Next Level recommendations to both of them for Making America, Our World and Our Universe Greater than ever. His Next Level Acronyms that he created from the (MAGA) Concept and Phylosophy are (MAGTE, MOWGTE, & MOUGTE) Each are described in his Novels with examples.

ransitioning from military life to federal civil service, Kort spent 12 years as a Power Systems Control Craftsman (PSCC) Foreman at the Grand Coulee Dam, the largest hydroelectric power installation in North America. Operating under the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and Department Of the Interior, he led advanced technical crews tasked with Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the Electrical, Electronic, Mecanichal and Automated SCADA-C and GDACS Power Plant Control systems reliability of a facility generating over 6,800 megawatts of electricity.
