Create new large-denomination bills for sale and trade to reduce our National Deficit. I studied and researched our large-denomination bills in 2022, and we used to have 500-, 1,000-, 5,000-, and 10,000-dollar bills from 1918, and 47,000 100,000-dollar bills were designed and printed in 1932 through 1934 but never released to the public. They were for Government use only and were divided among our 12 Federal Reserve Banks. I created an Executive PowerPoint for Donald in 2020 as a Next Level idea, and I also created one for our Electronic voting system. I will include my Large Denomination PowerPoint in this book as a short example with illustrations and references that I created in 2022.

Though it might be nice to have a bill of this high denomination, the Bureau of Engraving & Printing, a division of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, states, “The $100,000 Gold Certificate was used only for official transactions between Federal Reserve Banks and was not circulated among the general public. This note cannot be legally held by currency note collectors.” The front has a portrait of Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States

Most of us hope for big balances in our checking and savings accounts, but when you withdraw funds, the biggest bill you’ll see is probably $100.

 

At one time, $500, $1,000, $5,000, and $10,000 bills were in circulation. After the last printing of those denominations in 1945, the Treasury Department and the Fed discontinued them in 1969. The use of large bills has decreased dramatically, and they’ve been greater targets for counterfeits than smaller denominations. They’re still legitimate legal tender but are limited in circulation, except for the $100,000 bill, which was only ever used in fiscal channels. These days, most of these increasingly rare bills are owned by collectors. In fact, if you happen to have a mint condition bill in a rare denomination, it could mean a big payoff. For instance, Antique Money, an organization with 20 locations around the United States that buys, sells, and auctions paper currency, once paid more than $20,000 for a rare 1928 star note $1,000 bill. Here are some rare bills you might want to keep an eye out for.

$500 Series 1918 Blue Seal

Produced in 1918, the front of this $500 bill bears the likeness of John Marshall, who served as the United States’ fourth Chief Justice of the Supreme Court from 1801 to 1835. The reverse side of the bill depicts the Spanish conquistador Hernando de Soto discovering the Mississippi River in 1541.

$500 Series 1928 & 1934 Green Seal

These green seal notes ($500 bills with the green seal are often called Federal Reserve notes) bear the portrait of William McKinley, the 25th President of the United States. He served a full term and then only six months of his second term before being assassinated.

$1,000 Series 1918 Blue Seal

​​​​​​This bill, printed in 1918, has Founding Father Alexander Hamilton’s face on the front and a soaring eagle on the back. It’s fitting that Hamilton found his way onto some U.S. currency, since, among his other accomplishments, he is credited with founding the country’s financial system. ($1,000 Note (Blue Seal), n.d.)

$1,000 Series 1928 Green Seal

Printed in 1928, this $1,000 bill features two-time United States President Grover Cleveland. He was the nation’s 22nd and 24th president, earning him the distinction of being the only president to serve two non-consecutive terms.

$5,000 Series 1918 Green Seal

This 1918-printed $5,000 bill bears the likeness of Founding Father James Madison (often christened the “Father of the Constitution”), who went on to serve as the fourth President of the United States. The back of the bill shows then-General George Washington resigning his commission as commander-in-chief of the Continental Army on December 23, 1783.

$10,000 Series 1918 Green Seal

Just as this $10,000 bill, produced in 1918, is rare, the likeness on the front might be unfamiliar. It shows Salmon P. Chase, who served as President Lincoln’s Secretary of the Treasury from 1861 to 1864. The back of the bill shows the embarkation of the Pilgrims, as they sailed for freedom in North America.

Like the previous $10,000 bill, these bills, produced in 1928 and 1934, also bear the likeness of Salmon P. Chase on the front. However, the back of the bill simply says, “The United States of America – Ten Thousand Dollars – 10,000.”

Create and Commission Six (6) New Large United States Dollar Bills

This is a Green Proposal as a result of Inflation and the increased wealth of Individuals and Countries World Wide. Reduce the amount of Smaller Denomination Bills that are printed daily by the two (2) Bureau of Engraving and Printing facilities in Washington, D.C., and Fort Worth, Texas, to significantly reduce the daily cost of printing currency in the United States and reduce the amount of resources required to print over 38 million bills daily. Since there are more Millionaires and Billionaires worldwide and our countries have higher Net Worth, larger-denomination bills would be appropriate.

Create a 1 Trillion (1,000,000,000,000.00), 1 Billion (1,000,000,000.00), 1 Million (1,000,000.00), Five Hundred Thousand (500,000.00), Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand (250,000.00), and Two Hundred Thousand (200,000.00) large denomination dollar bills.

                     

When I searched the Web for How many Billionaires and How many Millionaires are there in the world today? The results were 2,755 Billionaires and 60 Million Millionaires documented worldwide as of 1/30/2022. Three Months ago, the numbers were 2,500 Billionaires and 53 Million Millionaires. These numbers are significantly increasing on a daily and monthly basis due to real estate and stock market investments.

         

Many companies and individuals worldwide use electronic transactions, but many companies and individuals still prefer paper currency. The One Trillion (1,000,000,000,000.00) Dollar Bill could be illegal for collectors and individuals to own. It could have the same guidelines and restrictions as our One Hundred Thousand (100,000.00) Dollar Gold Certificates currently have for Government use only, and the (100,000.00) Dollar Gold Certificate could be placed in normal circulation with no restrictions. The initial printing of the One Trillion Dollar Bill could be a quantity of 120. Ten Trillion Dollar Bills could be stored at each of the 12 Federal Reserves, designated and tracked for Government use only.

         

The remaining 5 additional Large Denomination Bills would be used and collected more by Billionaires, Millionaires, Wealthy Companies, and Other Countries.

 

The United States of America is the Greatest Country in the world, and our Currency should reflect our significance and wealth. Our paper currency is currently comprised of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100.00 bills, with the 100,000.00-bill reserved for the Federal Reserve and the United States Government. We should have more currency options available to our country and to every other country that uses the United States Dollar as their currency standard. 

         

This proposal will reduce the amount of smaller bills that will need to be circulated by the Twelve (12) Federal Reserve Banks and all Banks throughout the United States.

 

Recommission Five (5) Large Decommissioned United States Dollar Bills.

Recommission the 500.00, 1,000.00, 5,000.00, 10,000.00, and 100,000.00 bills (Each Blue and Green Seal versions). These bills were decommissioned due to low demand for their use, stemming from lower wealth among individuals and companies in the early 20th century. The wealth of our citizens, our companies, and the United States has significantly increased since the early 20th century, when most of these larger denominations of bills were created and printed. It would be much more common for our citizens and other countries worldwide to use 500.00 bills and 1,000.00 bills for larger transactions.

 

Create a Gold Seal Series of United States Dollar Bills with a Multicultural and Diverse Country representation.

The United States has used Blue and Green Seal dollar bills in the past for multiple versions of the bill design. Create a Gold Seal Series of bills to honor and represent our multicultural and diverse nation. A majority of our dollar bills are currently designed with former presidents who are deceased and had a significant impact on our Country. With a few exceptions, including Salmon P. Chase, who served as President Lincoln’s Secretary of the Treasury from 1861 to 1864. I propose to create a Gold Series version of each current denomination of bills from the 1.00-dollar bill to the 100.00-dollar bill. Higher denominations are voted on and authorized by the Secretary of the Treasury and the President.

 

The Gold Seal Bills would honor and commemorate famous multicultural men and women who had a major impact on the history of the United States. A couple of examples are Martin Luther King, Jr., on the front of a $100.00 Gold Seal bill, with a picture of his famous "I Have A Dream Speech" on the back, in Washington, D.C., from the Lincoln Memorial.

         

Another example of a famous African American woman who was also a very famous politician is Shirley Anita Chisholm, who had a famous slogan that could be printed on the back of the bill: "Unbought and Unbossed". There are many famous multicultural men and women who have migrated from other countries that could be represented and honored on our currency. Many large-denomination bills were decommissioned due to low demand and limited use.

 

An example of Great American Indian leaders that had a significant impact on America’s history and heritage is, “Though their contributions have often been overlooked, Native Americans have long had a profound impact on both their communities and the United States as a whole. For centuries, leaders such as Tecumseh, Sequoyah, and Nanye’hi have left a lasting mark through their leadership, bravery, and innovations.
